Each E160FS e-bike is custom built per order. It takes about 70-90 days to layup, mold, and finish the carbon frameset and rims. When you order a bike expect it to take around 95-100 days for delivery. This allows us to ensure each bike is operating to our exacting standards. This also allows for you to custom order parts such as grips, saddles, pedals, and tires in addition to the drivetrain of choice. The E160FS features a carbon fiber frame that is precisely pattern cut and molded under heat and ultra-high pressure. It is then hand sanded, inspected, and painted. We then assemble the frame with precision sealed cartridge bearings at all pivots and check alignment. The bike is built up with a DVO Topaz 2 air shock and Diamond D1 160mm fork. The motor is a Shimano E8000 250w dynamic unit with an internal E8035 504w battery. We then build custom Gravity Worx Reactor carbon asymmetrical 29" wheels and add the drivetrain of your choice to create the final e-bike.
